Shipping policy

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number once your package is shipped. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates. While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to factors such as weather, high demand, or carrier issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, and we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your order is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
